Ruka has been working with Central Station Marketing Bangladesh (Shapla Foundation Affiliate) since October 2020 and has joined the Central Station Marketing USA Team in March 2022.
She works with the account management team to provide support in data management and client handling/communications. Creating, collecting and following up on contracts, agreements, and clients financial information is all encompassed in client communications. She also leads the call center team (which deal with the companies various directories calls) and meets with them daily to ensure the best communication practices.
She continues to work together with the US Team and call center team to facilitate the growth of awareness of Shapla Foundation among the US Sponsors and Bangladeshi Community.
Ruka has completed her Bachelors in Business Administration (BBA) from United International University (UIU), with a major in Marketing. And enjoys travelling, painting, and henna.
